She currently serves as Head of Employee and Career Development at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where she leads a team and partners with senior leaders to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences.
Her work blends mindfulness, design thinking, and intercultural awareness to help individuals build self-understanding, make intentional decisions, and grow meaningful skills.
Originally from Türkiye and now based in North Carolina, she brings a strong cross-cultural lens to her approach. Esra is known for creating warm, reflective, and highly engaging spaces where people can explore new ways of thinking and connecting. Borana Resulaj is an international finance professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector and UN agencies.
She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in European Union Affairs and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK).
Her career spans national NGOs in Albania, UNDP Albania, international foundations in the Netherlands, France, and the United Kingdom, as well as the UNFPA Representation Office in Brussels. She also lectures part-time at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics.
Borana is passionate about supporting nonprofits and charities to reach their full potential by strengthening financial systems, transparency, and accountability, while keeping mission at the center. She has significant experience delivering training to nonprofit leaders and is the founder of NGO Finance Hub, a social consulting initiative supporting organisations worldwide in building financial resilience.

With 15 years of global career in Talent and Organizational Development and 1,500+ coaching hours with clients from 35+ countries, she partners with leaders and teams navigating complexity, cross-cultural dynamics, and high-stakes decisions.
She works across English, Spanish, and Russian, and also teaches and mentors professional coaches in internationally accredited coaching programs.

Milena Iacovelli is an Abundance Coach and Art Therapist, supporting creative women to move beyond stagnation and rebuild confidence through creative processes.
Her work focuses on identity, intuition, and the inner structures that shape how people create and express themselves. She combines coaching and art-based methodologies to facilitate clarity, emotional alignment, and sustainable personal expansion.

Esra Tasci is an international consultant with over 10 years of experience in EU-funded and development projects, specializing in SME competitiveness, entrepreneurship, and capacity building.
Throughout her career, Esra has worked closely with public institutions, business support organizations, clusters, and SMEs, supporting their internationalization and growth strategies. She has led and contributed to numerous assignments involving market analysis, Training Needs Assessments, and the design of capacity-building and acceleration programmes.
Her work is strongly practice-oriented, combining analytical insights with hands-on field experience across different regions and sectors.
In recent years, she been particularly focused on helping SMEs access international markets through structured B2B engagement and business development strategies.
Katherine Pohland is a change management professional assisting professionals navigate complex changes.
Katherine has been an organizational change manager for over 5 years. Throughout her career she has supported organizations to adopt technology changes, ranging from healthcare systems, customer relationship management systems, artificial intelligence, and insurance programs.
Katherine’s first position was in career navigation and community engagement – a passion she has kept throughout her career.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy, and two dogs!
