I’m Hande โ Transformational Leadership Coach and Trainer. Also the founder of Crafted Learning!
But what does that mean?
I work with people and teams who are ready to grow, shift, or shake things up, but want to do it with intention, clarity, and maybe a little bit of laughter.
Coaching is at the heart of my work.
I donโt believe in top-down advice or off-the-shelf solutions. Instead, I offer space, structure, and just the right amount of challenge to help people find their own way forward – whether thatโs in career decisions, leadership transitions, or navigating everyday work-life puzzles.
From immersive workshops to one-on-one journeys, I design experiences that turn big ideas into practical tools. My sessions are full of real talk, reflective moments, and yes, occasionally post-its and Lego bricks.
The goal? To make learning feel like something you want to come back to – not just something to tick off your calendar.
